Common questions

How do I sign up?

Streakeasy is invite-only. Your coach sends you an invite with a temporary password. If you don't have a coach, email us at support@leet.ae and we'll point you in the right direction.

I forgot my password

Ask your coach to reset it from their app. They'll generate a new temporary password for you. We don't have a self-serve password reset yet because every account is tied to a coaching relationship.

Why aren't my workouts showing?

If you connected Hevy, workouts sync automatically once a day. To force a sync, go to Profile → Hevy → Sync Now. If you haven't connected Hevy, you can do that from Profile → Connect Hevy.

Why isn't my Apple Health data syncing?

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Streakeasy and confirm steps, active calories, and sleep are toggled on. The app reads these once when you open the Home tab.

How does the AI meal estimate work?

When you take or upload a photo of a meal, the app sends it to a vision model that returns an estimate of calories, protein, carbs, and fat. The estimate appears in your meal log within a few seconds. You can edit any of these numbers manually if the estimate seems off.

How do I delete my account?

Ask your coach to remove you — they have a button on your profile that deletes your account and all your data. If your coach is unreachable, email support@leet.ae from the email address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.

Why did notifications stop working?

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Streakeasy → Notifications. If they were ever disabled, you may need to sign out and sign back in to re-register your device for push.

App Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes what information Streakeasy ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Streakeasy, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Streakeasy is operated by Leet IT Solutions, based in Dubai, UAE. Contact: support@leet.ae.

If you grant permission, Streakeasy reads from Apple Health: daily steps, active calories burned, and sleep duration. We do not write any data back to Health. You can revoke this access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → Streakeasy.

Hevy data (optional)

If you connect a Hevy account, we sync your last 30 days of workouts daily. We store the workout summaries in our database so your coach can review them. Disconnecting Hevy from Profile → Hevy → Disconnect stops further syncs but does not delete already-synced workouts; ask us to delete those if you want them gone.

Your coach. When you accept a coach's invite, you authorize them to see all data in your account: habits, logs, meals, photos, messages between you, and any health data you've synced. Your data is not visible to other clients of that coach, only to the coach.

Service providers. We use the following third parties strictly to operate the app:

We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies that profile users.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When your coach removes you (or you ask us to delete your account), we permanently delete:

Deletion is immediate and not reversible. Backups containing residual copies of your data may persist for up to 30 days before they roll off.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or similar laws — including the right to object to processing, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with a regulator. Email us to exercise any of these.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra. Your stored data is encrypted at rest. We use the principle of least privilege — only the coach you're assigned to can see your data, and we limit internal access to engineers troubleshooting specific issues. No system is perfect; if we discover a security incident affecting you, we'll notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

8. Children

Streakeasy is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.

9. International users

Your data is stored on servers in France (EU). If you use Streakeasy from outside the EU, you consent to your data being transferred and processed there.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes — anything that affects how we use your data — will be communicated via in-app notice or email.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Streakeasy mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Leet IT Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Streakeasy. If you're between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account & access

Streakeasy is invite-only. A coach using the Service may invite you, which creates an account on your behalf with a temporary password. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share your account.

If you're a coach, you're responsible for the accuracy of the invitations you send and for treating your clients' data with care.

4. Health & fitness disclaimer

Streakeasy is a tracking and communication tool. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness, nutrition, or weight-management program. Calorie and macro estimates from the AI meal analyzer are approximations and may be inaccurate. Coaches using the Service are independent professionals; their advice does not constitute medical advice unless they are licensed medical practitioners.

You use the Service at your own risk. By using Streakeasy you acknowledge you are responsible for your own health decisions.

5. Coach-client relationship

Streakeasy facilitates communication between you and a coach you select (or who invited you), but we are not a party to that coaching relationship. Any agreements about coaching fees, scope of services, or program design are between you and your coach. We do not handle payments between coaches and clients.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you create in the app — meals you log, photos you upload, messages you send, body data you enter. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the Service (e.g., showing your meal photo to your coach).

You're responsible for the content you upload. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Our content

Everything else in the Service — the app's design, code, name, logo, and any documentation — is owned by Leet IT Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Hevy, Microsoft Azure, etc.) listed in the Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms; using them through Streakeasy means you also agree to theirs.

9. Availability

We try to keep the Service running 24/7 but make no guarantees about uptime. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or causes outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

10. Pricing

If we begin charging for the Service in the future, we'll notify you in advance and give you the option to stop using it before any charges apply. If your coach is paying for your access, the terms of that arrangement are between you and them.

11. Termination

You can stop using Streakeasy at any time by asking your coach to delete your account or emailing us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your coach removes you, or if we discontinue the Service. We'll notify you when reasonable. Upon termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leet IT Solutions and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leet IT Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the content you upload.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
